Post-Copenhagen where do we go from here?
On 19th December, the Copenhagen Accord was "noted" by the UN conference on climate change - neither accepted nor rejected. Compared to pre-summit ambitions, it failed to meet the key expectation to increase global ambitions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. However, some important commitments were agreed - Bruce Duguid, Head of Investor Engagement and Cath Bremner, Head of International at the Carbon Trust assess the key outcomes and what they mean for business.
