Under the agreement brokered by product consultancy RTC North, Ken Riley and his business partner David Carr will see their ‘Park and Slide’ brand marketed and distributed by Harding Steel.
Ken Riley said: “We are delighted to have signed this agreement with Harding Steel and are confident they are the best people to take Park and Slide forward.
“The team at RTC North has brokered the perfect partnership by bringing an industry leader to us. Thanks to them, our idea has gone from concept to production in less than two years.”
Now, at the request of their American partners, Mr Riley and Mr Carr have designed a range of products that include a slide for a single narrow garage, a large wheel base slide and turntables for motor and quad bikes.
Harding Steel President, Jim Mayers, said: “Our business is to solve tough parking problems, and with Ken and Dave’s flare for innovation and our expertise, I predict a successful future for Park and Slide.”
The team will soon be launching a Park and Slide website and the current portfolio of products can be viewed at www.totalliftingssolutions.co.uk.
